Below are two pictures from a home built in 2006. As you can see there is standing water in the crawlspace area. As well as standing water in the gutter system. This home was built on a small hill, so there should be no drainage issues, Right? The builder ran the gutter drains into the foundation drainage system. When the foundation drainage system got clogged up with outside debris, it ceased functioning. Now there is water in the crawlspace. If you were to buy this home, and then found this, how would you feel? It was fortunate that the buyers of this home, had me inspect it for them. The sellers fixed this problem at no charge. The small price you pay to have your home inspected, can save you alot of money in the long run. Please use Bell Home Inspection. I will give you confidence in your investment!
